Can XFCE expand a window vertically when dragged to edge?

I understand XFCE core developers on this.
They are so few.
It's hard maintain a complete DE like this and live a real life with wife,
kids and jobs.
On XFCE's credits page[1], we see just 6 core developers and 10 active
contributors.
IMHO it's too few people.
I wish I can understand c/c++ to help them.
