So it might be something related to autologin, I'm not sure. At least,
I'd say that before login the layout is qwerty, and is then switched to
azerty. Can you try:

1) to see what layout you have in command line (ctrl-alt-f1)
2a) disabling autologin and see what layout you have in login screen
2b) disabling autologin, login manually and si if the problem still
happens.

If console or login screen layout is qwerty (check in X logs too,
maybe), can you try to dpkg-reconfigure keyboard-configuration, choose
the azerty layout and reboot?
