Sure, by (my personal priority) 
     1. Trash: I need a trash that is xdg compliant so it behaves

I don't think the other icon sets are limited, the main problem is that
the icon naming in Rodent does not follow xdg icon naming spec and thus
icons are not found even if installed. ATM it cannot even be installed
together with the latest rodent-icon-theme that was released with Xfce.

Once that is solved I will consider maintaining rodent in Fedora.
