How to I edit the Xfce Menu?

Right now it just shows current menu. As I said, it's in early
development stage.
This menu editor will work just with new 4.8 menu implementation, like
Alacarte. But Alacarte has some annoying depencies (at least to me),
like gnome-menus and gnome-panel (see
http://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/any/alacarte/).
