Restrict LOG OFF and Wallpaper in Xubuntu 9.10

Yes, add a cron job, for example:

  $  crontab -l
*/15 * * * * ${HOME}/.local/bin/xfdesktop-refresh.sh

The script xfdesktop-refresh.sh is attached.
