Sigh...no, it appears that Fedora 13 is still using 4.6.1 primarily. 
*Some* packages say that they're 4.6.3 or even 4.6.4 but predominantly
4.6.1.  BAH!

Oh, and I tried modifying the .cache/sessions file and it seemed to hang
my xfce upon login so I apparently don't know what I'm doing when it
comes to that.
