Yep, I noticed this while playing with libwnck. In fact the lib
provides a list of windows, and if the application doesn't present any
window it won't be listed. On a side-effect, once a window is shown it
will be kept inside the tree view, while the lib signals that the
window was removed f.e. when it is "send" to the notification area.
