I've done the last bit for myself, I'm now looking at pointers.c in
the xfce4-settings tarball. I think *maybe* I'm not yet looking in
the right place as this bit of code doesn't map the buttons to
actions, it maps physical buttons to logical buttons.
I need the code that maps logical buttons to actions, maybe this is
somewhere in the guts of gtk. I'll find it yet!
