This release is a stable release meant to fix bugs in the exo
0.3.100, 0.3.101 and 0.3.102 and earlier releases. So it is targetted
at 4.6 users. 4.8 is going to ship exo 0.6.0 and the development
releases leading to that will have 0.5.x versions.

Here's what the benefts of 0.3.103 over 0.3.102 are:
