Hey,

garcon fails to build in pbuilder chroot (our clean way to build debian
packages) because of failing tests. It'll likely fails in debian
autobuilders and buildbot too, because it tries to access menu files
in /etc, $HOME etc.

There's no warranty those file will exist, so maybe it'd be a good idea
to ship menu files for the tests?
