ANNOUNCE: xfce4-volumed 0.1.8 released

In fact, the volume is off since there is 0% of the volume, but it's not
muted since there has not been any mute action upon it. The problem is that
there is no such thing as volume-audio-off, which means I have to chose
between two solutions I don't like much... It'll stay as it is for now, and
we'll see if more people disagree...
