Selecting a menu item with keyboard accelerators

Hello.

One feature I am missing in XFCE is the possibility of selecting a menu
item with keyboard accelerators. It makes menu usage much faster when
using the keyboard.

Each menu item would have an accelerator key, and just typing the
accelerator when the menu is open selects that item, or at least gives
focus to it.

Most window managers I have used offers this feature. Is it really not
available in XFCE, or am I missing somthing here?
