Prevent Xfce from darwing desktop background

No, I mean things that talk about using xplanet's -id parameter and 
sniffing the XFCE_DESKTOP_WINDOW property from the X root window.

Sorry, but you just don't understand anything about how X works.  Please 
stop insisting that you do.
