Hi!

First - is this the preffered support mailing list for Midori?

Anyway - now on to the actual question:

Running Debian Lenny I am running into problems compiling Midori - Is
this due to Lenny containing too old GTK, or something else?

configure contains this:

Checking for gmodule-2.0 >= 2.8.0        : ok
Checking for gthread-2.0 >= 2.8.0        : ok
Checking for gio-2.0 >= 2.16.0           : ok
Checking for gtk+-2.0 >= 2.10.0          : ok

and it ends with "Configuration finished successfully"

But when building I get these warnings:
../midori/midori-app.c:466: warning: ‘midori_app_create_instance’ defined but not used

../midori/midori-browser.c: In function ‘midori_browser_update_thumbnail’:
../midori/midori-browser.c:445: warning: implicit declaration of function ‘gtk_widget_get_snapshot’
../midori/midori-browser.c:445: warning: assignment makes pointer from integer without a cast

../midori/sokoke.c: In function ‘sokoke_show_uri’:
../midori/sokoke.c:123: warning: implicit declaration of function ‘gtk_show_uri’

and last when linking:

default/midori/libmidori.a(midori-browser_1.o): In function `midori_browser_update_thumbnail':
/home/gusnan/kod/midori/midori/_build_/../midori/midori-browser.c:445: undefined reference to `gtk_widget_get_snapshot'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
Build failed
 -> task failed (err #1):

Looks like the GTK is too old anyway. Lenny does contain Gtk 2.12.12, this isn't new enough?
