A few queries regarding the Settings Editor for 4.6.1

You should directly use the wm settings:
xfwm4-settings

.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-keyboard-shortcuts.xml is
the file containing the keyboard shortcuts.
