ANN: thunar-svn-plugin version 0.0.3 released

Hello,

In this release the gtkfilechooserentry code is removed so it will work
with later versions of gtk.
Also all svn api functions are changed to the 1.5 api. the plugin now
requires libsvn 1.5 or newer.
