[Goodies-dev] ANN: xfce4-weather-plugin version 0.6.3 released

This release fixes the following bugs: 3818, 4118, 4642, 4742, 5127,
5442, 5444, 5456. More information about these bugs are available in the
ChangeLog and on http://bugzilla.xfce.org/

This release also adds a better compliance with weather.com's terms of
service, in order to try and avoid problems the day they'll decide to
forbid access to clients lacking an API key. 

This release is also a test of the new maintainer's ability to create a
release without messing up. (Famous last words !) ;-)
