XFCE 4.6 RC1

Hi,

i installed XFCE 4.6 RC1 and most things work quite fine, i have,
however, two questions.

1. Is there no menu-editor or am i just to stupid to find it?

2. When i move a window in the pager, it duplicates the icon and leaves
a slightly transparent in the old place till the new one is dropped. Is
it to get the old behaviour back? In most cases i use the pager just to
look what's beyond the top layer window without actually moving anything.
