Why grayed out icons in the Task List?

Everybody interacts with the computer differently.  I usually iconify
windows merely to get to the other windows behind it.  So, for me,
iconifying does not mean I've lost interest in the window.

Being that most other parts of XFCE are highly configurable, having a
checkbox for this seems reasonable.
