Refresh bug in XFCE 4.6.x?

I am using X.Org X Server 1.5.3 and no compositor.. And this is on my laptop, so I am using the proprietary ATI driver version 8.55.2.
Seems to happend on all programs and not just Terminal..
(Just strange that this started to happend after I upgraded from XFCE 4.4.3 to XFCE 4.6.0...)
