Heya,
Clipman is a clipboard manager for Xfce. It keeps the clipboard contents
around while it is usually lost when you close an application. It is
able to handle text and images, and has a feature to execute actions on
specific text selections by matching them against regular expressions.
Hereby I announce an exciting release of Clipman version 1.0.0. This new
version depends on Xfconf thus on Xfce 4.6. For the NEWS see the
following list:
* Major rewrite of the plugin using GObjects and Xfconf.
* The external plugin is provided as a bundle, it can be added to the
Xfce Panel and executed as a standalone application living inside the
notification area. An item is installed inside the applications menu.
* New feature "Actions" which brings the possibility to execute
commands on specific text selections by matching them against regexes.
* Takes ownership over CLIPBOARD_MANAGER.
* Documentation
Enjoy
Mike
