Are you sure you've actually updated to Pinkie?  Or, at the very least, 
are you sure you aren't still seeing the old keyboard settings dialog? 
The new dialog looks quite a bit different from the 4.4 dialog, so if it 
looks like 4.4... you've got the wrong one.
