well... on one hand yes, on the other hand, it is a very annoying
bug.. Caps Lock is a key that should have been removed from keyboards
a long time ago (IMHO)... and I consider hacking the kernel driver to
disable the capslock to be less of a bazooka than killing the actual
key on my keyboard...
