ANN: xfce4-screenshooter-plugin version 1.3.9.2 released

Hello,

I hope that this will be the last release candidate. It should fix a
crash that would happen for some people when trying to use the "open
with" mode. It also contains a slight improvement for the plugin: when
selecting an application, the checkbox to show/hide the save dialog is
made inactive as it has no effect when this option is on. A lot of
translations have also been updated, thanks to the translation team.
