xfce4-terminal -- clear scroll back only?

Hey Andrew,

I don't think this particularly needs support from the terminal
emulator. Just run cat "/dev/null > ~/.bash_history" or "history -c",
that's what you want and it works on other systems or even real
consoles without a graphical window around them :)
