Remove items from 'Open With' list

Hi,

How do I remove items from the 'Open With' list in Thunar?  I tried the
'Open With' window, but the 'Remove Launcher' context menu is
disabled.  

I'm using version 4.4.2 on Xubuntu GNU/Linux.
