XFCE4 mixer plugin

Yes they work fine otherwise, right-clicking on other panel plugins 
brings up a context menu with items like "Properties", "Move", "Remove", 
"Add New Item" and "Customize Panel". It is only the mixer plugin that 
doesn't work.
