ANN: xfce4-diskperf-plugin version 2.2.0 released

Hi all,

here's a maintenance update to diskperf-plugin, most notable change is
the addition of OpenBSD support (inspired from NetBSD support).
Moreover, the tooltip now shows more accurate values.

I'd like to take here the opportunity to thank Roger Seguin, the
original author, who let me took over maintenance of this plugin for
this release, i'll try to update it regularly if new ideas arise.
