Re dear Xfce users,

Here I go again with a second release candidate for FSGuard.

  * Set default plugin icon to xfce4-fsguard-plugin-warning
  * Rename the "progress bar" to "meter"
  * Fix size of plugin and border around the GtkProgressBar
  * Reworked option dialog
  * A fixed intltool-merge script

Feedbacks, comments, bug reports are all welcome!  I hope this release
to be the last candidate before final ;-)
