How to customize panel items via ssh

Hi list,
Just realized that having below file, we've effectively "told" xfce
not to read $HOME/.config/xfce4/panel/* files... So, we should be
copy the custom files once into /etc/xdg/xfce4/panel/ directory...
That's it, now all users have the same panel...

server panel # cat /etc/xdg/xfce4/kiosk/kioskrc
[xfce4-panel]
CustomizePanel=%wheel
[xfce4-session]
CustomizeSplash=ALL
CustomizeChooser=%wheel
CustomizeLogout=ALL
CustomizeCompatibility=%wheel
Shutdown=%wheel
CustomizeSecurity=NONE
