No.

I have asked for this feature during some time, but developers
thought it is not worth a cent ... neither for people with physical
disabilities.

They have included keyboard bindings, but not mouse bindings.

Meanwhile, some of my impaired friends finally abandoned Xfce in favour
of KDE for this reason.
