ANN: xfce4-mpc-plugin version 0.3.2 released

Hello,

This release fixes various dumb bugs in simple-libmpd.c, MPD output
parser has been rewritten, it should be reliable now to build
--without-libmpd. Various little issues have been fixed when running MPD
0.12.2 or 0.13 too, users are encouraged to use this version :)
