Ok, so you have the icons, they're both in the theme, SVG works. And
yet, you have a sizing problem. Hrmmmmm. I really have no idea why
this doesn't work. Can you try messing around with the panel size,
larger and smaller? Can you get the icon to scale at all, up or down?
I know at some point (~30-something pixels, I think), it'll stop
increasing any further, because our systray might have a hardcoded max
per-item size, but I can get the icon to scale (sorta, sometimes it
only picks discrete jumps) smaller and larger.
