Wrong: the file exists in the build directory for shared and directfb build,
too. It seems like the content of this file is placed here:

> $ ls -l /usr/lib/gtk-2.0/2.10.0/loader-files.d/
> insgesamt 16K
> -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 2,6K 2007-05-09 16:49 libgtk2.0-0.loaders
> -rw-r--r-- 1 root root  319 2007-04-14 09:16 librsvg2-common.loaders
> -rw-r--r-- 1 root root  208 2007-04-13 23:34 libwmf0.2-7.loaders
> -rw-r--r-- 1 root root  234 2007-04-29 21:03 swf-player.loaders

So SVG support should be available.
