Disable "shutdown" and "restart" in logout dialog ?

Guys,

is it possible to disable "Shutdown" and "Restart" options in logout 
dialog so that "Logout" is the only option? Several times I mistakenly 
clicked the wrong button and my machine got restarted (or shut down) even 
though I just wanted to logout from XFC.

Or, having conformation dialog, conforming whether logout or shutdown is 
indeed intended may also be helpful.
