Change window manager focus setting from the command line?

I am playing Oblivion using Cedega and it only seems to work if I set
the "Window Manager" "Focus model" to "Focus follows mouse". I really
hate this setting, and would like to have it as "Click to focus" when
I am not playing. To make it easier, is there any way to set this
property from the command line so I can change it then change it back
when Cedega exits?
