Change the color of the panels, thunar

Hi,

I can't find where the color of the panel is defined, it is not in the
panels.xml.
Where is it ?

Is it possible, in Thunar, to change the icon of one directory ? If
it's not, I can use emblems instead, How can I add more emblems ?
