Two GUI settings I am missing from 4.2

In 4.2 the "little dots" were drawn by hand using gtk drawing facilities,
and in 4.4 it was replaced by GtkHandle.. you can look in 4.2 svn branch
(somewhere in libxfcegui4 iirc) to see how it was made.
