Uhhh.... pretty much no
If not,

I'm currently doing an overhaul of the current code, one section at a
time. Currently the Undo/Redo code is getting the treatment.
Currently, this is like hacking off low hanging fruit with a nuclear
powered chainsaw -machete-. The new code is more maintainable, less
buggy AND decreases memory usage.
Once the entire tree has had this treatment, I plan on adding
additional features. Starting with new printing support from Gtk 2.10,
recent files, and session support, and then maybe some other
customization knobs - like background color, tab width.
Truth to tell, I don't have a lot of time - so getting to this point
is alone somewhat in doubt. What happens beyond is still up in the
air. Optional GtkSpell support and some simple scripting support seem
likely*. More developer oriented features like tabs, vertical
selection and GtkSourceView support are iffy, but possible. Please let
me know what you who actually use Mousepad want to see it do.

<@kazin> why does php have 'echo' and 'print'? Do they do different things?
<Bluefoxicy> kazin: echo prints in a big empty room
