XFCE menu and icon size?

You can change the menu icon sizes in your ~/.gtkrc-2.0. just add:

gtk-icon-sizes = "gtk-menu=32,32"

But this changes the size for all of the menus as well. the gnome
panel uses "panel-menu=32,32" but the xfce panel does not uses this.
