ctrl-alt-right/left no longer wrap

I tried it here, and well, same experience. The "Wrap workspaces
depending on the actual desktop layout" checkbox was what made a
difference. Another thing that I noticed is that scrolling on the
pager ignores these options completely. It wraps even though I haven't
got any of them activated.
