ctrl-alt-right/left no longer wrap

It turns out it's the "Wrap workspaces depending on the atual
desktop layout" option.  I had tried the obvious choice: "Wrap
workspaces when the first or last workspace is reached", but it
didn't seem to do anything.  I thought I had tried the other
one as well, but I guess I was mistaken.
