libburnia is the oversighting project that accumulates libburn (a fork
of the original libburn from icculus.org/burn/) and the newly created
libisofs. Both are needed in order for xfburn to compile correctly. You
can get them both at ...

I'm not sure whether they are imported into any of the package trees of
Debian or Ubuntu yet.
