Calling components of settings manager

I want to include calls to individual components of the settings manager in a
panel launcher.  I have the command for the screen saver and someone on the
forum gave me 'xfce-setting-show ui' for the user interface.  Can anyone
tell me where to find the information or, alternatively, tell me the other
commands?  'xfce-setting-show desktop' does NOT work.
