Can you run a different terminal program (like xterm), and then try 
running Terminal from there to see if there's any output?  If all it 
does is crash, it would be helpful if you could run it through gdb and 
get a backtrace (building Terminal with debug symbols would be needed 
first, though...).  In that case, please open a bug on bugzilla.xfce.org 
and post your findings there.
