I am pleased to announce version 0.0.14 of ristretto

	* src/main_window.c:
	  - Add keyboard-shortcuts for rotating
	  - Fix modification of bg-color using preferences dialog
	* src/navigator.c:
	  - Fix thumbnail-scaling when thumbnail is first generated (Bug #3693)
	  - Refresh when new images are added and within visible range of the
	    thumbnail-viewer
	* src/main.c:
	  - Improve behaviour when opening images from cli. (Bug #3701)
