please confirm xfwm bug

It seems that strange bug exist in xfwm RC1. Steps to reproduce.
Logged gajim jabber client needed. Roaster windows must be not a
fullscreen. Usual window geometry must be okay.

1. Bind a key to show/hide roster window to ctrl-alt-a
a. Open Xfce Settings Manager->Keyboard->Shortcuts. 
b. Press 'Add' and set 'gajim-remote toggle_roster_appearance' as a
command and press 'Ctrl-Alt-a' for a keybinding.
c. Press 'close'

2. Launch gajim and wait when contact list will appear.
3. Press ctrl-alt-a 4 times. (ctrl-alt-a [window dissapeared] ctrl-alt-a
[window appeared] ctrl-alt-a [window dissapeared] ctrl-alt-a)

When you press ctrl-alt-a last time, roster window will appear but not
with old geometry. It will be maximized.


Is this is a problem in my configuration or this is a program bug?
