Xfce and keyboard only navigation ?

If you have the menu in the panel you can also call xfce4-popup-menu
(through a keyboard shortcut...) and it will show up.
It looks better IMHO :) IIRC it is binded by default to Ctrl-<esc>
in Xfce 4.4RC1.
