Ah, so to summarize, you don't want to use the xfce panel but fbpanel
(see previous thread), not xfce window manager but blackbox, not xfce
session nor xfce settings manager...

I'm sorry, but I can't help but ask, are you sure you mean to use Xfce
at all ? ;)
