	"notify-send --version" returns only the usage info (same as the
--usage switch).  rpm returns libnotify-0.3.0-6 so that could be the
problem.

	That would need to be done in the spec file for an rpm.  I might give
that a try (making a spec file for your xfce version) one of these days.
